High school diploma (Baccalauréat or equivalent)
A one-year foundation program is required for admission into the BTS in Hospitality Management in Lille (except for students holding a Hospitality Baccalauréat or a Baccalauréat STHR). This year provides the essential technical skills and knowledge for careers in hospitality and culinary arts.
The content of the 2-year apprenticeship during the BTS program is based directly on the professional activity guidelines drawn up in conjunction with operating companies. The management aspect is omnipresent in the training, enabling students to quickly become technical managers in one of the chosen fields: Restaurant Management, Culinary Production Management, or Accommodation Management.

Joining the Master’s in Strategic Tourism Management means above all continuing to develop your skills and optimise your performance. The program is structured into several modules spread over two years, each designed to set clear objectives. These modules are referred to as “My Performance”.
